Shannon R

Shannon is a self proclaimed all around Pure Barre cheerleader. Her teaching career began 11 years ago in Virginia Beach, and her love of the technique and the community has been unwavering since then. Shannon has been a teacher, a lead teacher, a studio manager, a Master Teacher Trainer on the corproate team, and held various roles within the Training & Technique division. Throughout the past decade, Pure Barre has been a constant, and Shannon loves to share her passion with others. She believes in cultivating a mindset of self belief and wants each person who takes her class to feel empowered and inspired to find our what they are capable of. If she isn’t teaching or taking class - she is undoubtedly with her dog and a glass of wine, planning her next travel adventure.
