Kassie Hight

Kassie grew up in Hilton Head, SC. She spent most of her childhood dancing and acting. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, and started her health and wellness journey, eventually becoming a certified health coach though IIN. She recently moved to Huntington Beach, where she fell in love with Pure Barre after looking for a workout that was enjoyable, challenging and consistent. She is passionate about helping find confidence and feel good in their bodies. When she's not at Pure Barre she's most likely on an adventure with her dog, Thatcher.
