Helen
Helen has been teaching at Pure Barre Oakland | Uptown since 2023. She loves seeing the support throughout this community; it is amazing to see clients show up for themselves and their barre buddies. Outside the studio, Helen enjoys game nights with friends and travel. Fun fact: I have been to every continent except Antarctica, that one is on the bucket list!
