Welcome Ally to the Pure Barre Preston Hollow mic. Ally has been teaching Pure Barre for over 3 years, and we are so excited to have her on our team! She is certified in Classic and Define.
Class you love teaching the most and why: Classic- it’s our bread and butter, so teaching it feels like home. And you really get to see teachers personality come out during classic which I think is so cool!
Fun fact about yourself: I’m a big Disney fan, anytime I can go on a weekend trip with my sister and dad I absolutely will!
Fills my cup outside the studio: my Pomeranian, Alfie, is my world. I’m usually at home spending time with her or out about trying new restaurants around Dallas! I love traveling and seeing new places, anytime I can I’ll go on small trips or big ones if I can!
Love most about pure barre: the stability and balance it brings to my life. Life can get crazy but the studio, the people, and the workout will always be there no matter what’s happening in your life.
One thing clients can take away from my class: Showing up for yourself is important so knowing you got out of bed and came to class means you already accomplished something today.
