Sofia is originally from Vancouver, Canada and a professional ballet dancer with Ballet North Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet Performance from the University of Oklahoma. Alongside her dance career, she fell in love with Pure Barre and the way it strengthens both body and mind. Sofia is passionate about inspiring others through movement and helping clients feel strong, confident, and joyful in every class!
