Ashley M.
Ashley was raised in Denver, Colorado where she was a competitive swimmer from age 5. She was a D1 athlete and graduated with both a B.S. and M.S. in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University. After trying many workouts post-swimming, Ashley found pure barre and quickly became obsessed. She loved how challenging each class was while being safe enough to handle existing injuries. Ashley began teaching at pure barre in 2015. After spending a couple of years in Denver and Austin, TX, Ashley and her family moved back to Dallas in 2021. Ashley's favorite thing about Pure Barre: "Moving to the music" and that the technique is truly accessible to anyone! She is certified to teach Classic, Empower, Align, and Define. Ashley is known for her spot on technique and amazing cues in class!
