Rachel Reichow (she/her)
I've always loved physical activities and grew up playing club field hockey and figuring skating in the midwest. I moved to Seattle in 2012 and became hooked on the pure barre technique ever since. My background in figuring skating led me to try pure barre and I instantly loved the concept and technique. I became an instructor during grad school at UW and have enjoyed it ever since.
I hope my classes bring my clients exactly what they came in for! Fitness goals, a good workout, a better mood, seeing friends, and having fun.My favorite thing about Pure Barre is how effective the technique is for a 1-hour full body workout. I also LOVE the music!
