Kara has lived in and around the Tulsa area for most of her life. She has been teaching in the fitness industry for almost 20 years. After a life changing leg injury and also having a significant background in Yoga and Pilates, she had an immediate connection with Pure Barre. Not only did it restore her strength and flexibility, it began to transform her body. She knew she had to share her passion about it with others and has been doing so since opening in 2014.
