Terri joined Pure Barre South 8 years ago when the studio opened in 2013. She has been in the fitness, wellness & health industry for over 26 years and brings her Pilates experience and education to Pure Barre as their lead instructor. Terri’s specializes in helping clients of all abilities modify their movement patterns to maximize results and prevent against injury. Her classes emphasize the understanding of proper muscle activation to enhance and accelerate the benefits of The Pure Barre Technique. When not instructing Terri practices a holistic lifestyle, enjoys healthy cooking, spending time with family and friends and can often be seen riding her bike to and from Pure Barre.
