Hi, I’m Michelle and my Pure Barre journey began when I took my first class in 2015. I was looking for a workout that would help get me into shape but more importantly something that I actually ENJOYED and would keep my interest over time - pure barre delivered! What I love most about Pure Barre is the way it makes me feel - I’ve never felt stronger both physically and mentally. I absolutely love teaching and watching clients grow stronger and more confident with every class they take. The community at pure barre is so special and empowering. My favorite format is Define - I never thought I would be someone who lifts heavy weights and now I can’t get enough! Join me for class - and I hope to see you at the barre soon :)
