Lauren V.
Lauren fell in love with Pure Barre while living in New York City. She was looking for a workout that would complement her dance training and soon became an instructor at the Tribeca and Financial District studios. Lauren later moved to Los Angeles to continue her dance career, where she also taught Pure Barre at the Downtown LA and Pasadena studios.
Lauren loves that Pure Barre fosters such a welcoming and positive community. She is now one of the lead teachers at Pure Barre St. Louis and especially enjoys training new instructors while sharing her passion for Pure Barre. She loves the Pure Barre St. Louis community and can't wait to inspire clients both in and out of the studio.
