Cristin G.
Cristin has been teaching Pure Barre since 2015. She currently teaches Pure Barre Classic, Pure Barre Empower and Pure Barre Define regularly at our studio.
Cristin loves to teach Pure Barre and welcome new clients to our Pure Barre Stamford community because she has personally guided and witnessed the countless transformations - both physical and mental - of hundreds of clients - and it's thrilling. She is passionate about the power of Pure Barre, not just for physical health but for building strength, confidence, and resilience that clients can use both in and outside the studio. She loves lifting spirits as much as she loves lifting weights!
In addition to teaching at Pure Barre Stamford, Cristin is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, MA with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production, specifically for Audio/Radio, and has two Masters Degrees: a Masters of Science in Instructional Design/Adult Learning Theory and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership both from the American College of Education.
Outside of our Pure Barre studio, Cristin is a force in the corporate world, leading internal communications and employee engagement for a CPG company based in Stamford, CT and she's also a serial entrepreneur with a passion for turning ideas into reality. In her downtime, Cristin loves spending time with her sisters, her friends, and her Goldendoodles, Clove and Vader.
