Katie began taking Pure Barre classes in early 2020 while in graduate school in South Bend, IN. As a former competitive cheerleader and high school cheer coach, she quickly fell in love with the technique and community at Pure Barre. After taking over 500 classes, she knew she wanted to be on the mic and help others on their fitness journey. One of her favorite aspects of Pure Barre is growing a strong mind-body connection in order to get the most out of your workout. She can't wait to LTB with you soon!
