Kelsey
Kelsey was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. She spent her college years in Ames obtaining Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Iowa State University. After college she returned to Cedar Rapids to begin her career in the corporate asset management industry. Unlike many of the PBCR instructors, Kelsey has not taken a single dance class and was not an “exercise person” until Pure Barre came to town. She gave it a try and has been hooked ever since. Kelsey was in marching band in high school and college. The precise movements and structure of Pure Barre reminds Kelsey of her cherished time in marching band. When not working her desk job or at the studio, Kelsey’s husband, young son and their five pets (three cats, two dogs) keep her on her toes. Her hobbies include crafting, shopping and watching baseball and football. She looks forward to helping others continue their Pure Barre journey!
