Amy D.
Amy was raised in Salem, VA and attended college at UNC-Wilmington, where she earned her B.S. Exercise Science. She now lives in Conway, SC with her husband and 6 animals (3 dogs and 3 cats). Her deep passion for intentional movement and an interconnected community is what brought her to Pure Barre in 2022. She can be found at the front desk as the Operations Manager, or behind the mic teaching Classic, Define, Empower, & Align. When not in the studio, Amy is with her husband and family at the beach, reading a book or on their boat. Her life motto is "chose joy," through all seasons of life.
