Heather was born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA. I met my husband in college at San Jose State University, we got married in 2018 and moved to Surfside Beach in February of 2020! I grew up dancing, from age 3 to present, but needed another workout added to my routine after college. In 2016 I found Pure Barre in Walnut Creek, CA from a good friend of mine who taught there. Pure Barre blended my love of group activities and fitness along with a great community, it was exactly what I needed. I became an instructor in 2017 and have now taught at 3 different studios. Teaching has brought me so much joy, I love watching the community grow and become their strongest self. Outside of taking and teaching class at PBMI, I enjoy traveling and going to the beach with my husband and 2 golden dogs.
