Lydia's Pure Barre journey started in March of 2013, when she took her first live class. She'd been doing barre-based workouts for years both at home and in different studios, but once she took her first Pure Barre class, she was hooked. The format, the tempo and the energy were exactly what she was looking for in a barre workout, combined with the amazing instructors that are always motivating and providing that extra little push in every class. She has made some incredible friendships along the way and she always says that Pure Barre is so much more than a workout to her. No matter what life throws her way, stress or personal setbacks, she can always count on Pure Barre to help her decompress and challenge herself and give her one hour of time that is completely her own. There is never a dread factor when she walks into the studio. Her favorite class format is Reform, hands down because of the challenge! Outside of the studio, she's a mom to twins Brendan and Brinley, she has a job in corporate America, and she enjoys cooking, traveling and Mexican food! She's really looking forward to sharing her love of Pure Barre with others!
