𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 – Michelle H!✨ 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢? China 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩? While I was taking barre classes at YMCA and with Youtubers, I immediately fell in love with this exercise and started looking for barre studios in town. Pure Barre was the first one popping up in my search. I took my foundation class, and it turned out completely different from any other barre classes that I had taken, which I absolutely loved! So I immediately signed up as a member the day I took my foundation class and the journey has started since then. 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘽𝙂? About a year. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? I absolutely love how Pure Barre focuses more on the form and alignment of the body rather than just focusing on the calories and heart rate. It still gives a good burn but lowers the chance of injury significantly. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨? My favorite part is the thigh and seat work. Strong lower body strength benefits one's health in the long run. Besides, I personally love long and lean legs, which I don't have, but definitely would like to work my way to get them. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚? Reform. 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? Pitbull. Although I am a Taylor Swift fan, unfortunately, she couldn't give me the energy that Pitbull does. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝘽𝙂 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪? I've been staying in school for almost 30 years (oops! I accidentally revealed my age...) and desperately trying to get out. When my daughter says that she hopes school is canceled, she has no idea that her mom has been saying that for 30 years and still makes the same wish every day.
