Meet Cara! Cara has been teaching since 2014 and is the Lead Teacher at PB Newburyport. She holds a true passion for the Exercise Science and Physical Therapy field. Outside of barre, she is a school based PTA at the Beverly School for the Deaf. Her favorite part of teaching barre is watching clients celebrate their milestones while finding an exercise routine that makes them feel both mentally and physically accomplished. Catch Cara on mic in the morning and night ! She loves teaching all the formats!
