I have been teaching various exercise formats in the western suburbs for the last 16 years. Started with Zumba, amongst other things, added Barre 10 years ago to the mix. I recently retired from Zumba because my back and knees were telling me after 16 years of salsa and Ricky Martin-esque hip swivels , I was done! I thought : “Funny how Barre never leaves me feeling disabled . A phenomenal workout without the limping around !” I couldn’t imagine not being a part of fitness and a community of people dedicated to keeping moving! I can't wait to share my passion for Pure Barre with all of you!!
