Alex C.
Alex is originally from Canada where she was a competitive dancer for many years, but has been in Surfside Beach since 2002. After leaving the corporate world to have children, she discovered a passion for holistic health and educating others. She is a local herbalist and beekeeper who also loves to lift weights and run Spartan races with her family. She discovered Pure Barre as part of her fitness journey and loves the chance to incorporate barre back into her life. In her spare time she loves being with her 3 kids and husband at the beach or watching MLS soccer!
