Kristen was born and raised in Northern California where she grew up dancing, running, doing yoga, snowboarding, wakeboarding and discovering her love of travel. She found herself in Texas selling technology solutions to the Federal Government and met her now husband when he visited her office. In 2020 they relocated to South Carolina and she has since gotten married, become a bonus mommy to two wonderful boys and welcomed a beautiful baby girl. She was craving a challenge postpartum and had always been intrigued by Pure Barre; over 100 classes later and she’s not only hooked but cannot wait to also contribute to others’ personal wellness journey! Her mantra is to visualize her highest self and to show up as her daily.
